Ted Campbell has been the consummate broker for us, on the sell side and the buy side, twice. He knows every facet of the ever-changing real estate market and each time explained it, and how it would affect us, in a concise and understandable manner. He had a sixth sense for pricing. He stayed with us every step of the way– no detail was too small, and no need too difficult for him to satisfy, and he led us safely through some potential mine fields. And he has been a good friend. We absolutely recommend Ted, and have done so many times.
It is with the utmost pleasure that I recommend Ted Campbell. My husband and I came to Santa Barbara thinking that we should buy a home, in our case a second home in which to spend our winters.
Ted was endlessly showing us home after home. But frankly, he knew better than we did that a house was not in our future, nor should it have been. Instead he found the perfect place for us, a condominium in a gated community, the ideal location for us. He was right all along. He knew better than we did where we belonged. As a result, we have the ultimate views, the perfect size dwelling, and all in a location that put us 5 minutes from anywhere we needed to go.
His knowledge of Santa Barbara is unprecedented. For example, he insisted that we investigate the New Comers Club which in turn afforded us the perfect introduction to new friends and all that Santa Barbara had to offer. And finding our “home” was not only the service he provided. Ted helped guide us through a complicated buy and was forever the cheerleader through an otherwise difficult situation. And if that wasn’t enough, knowing we had to make some alterations to the property, he recommended both the architect and builder whom we ended up using. Both recommendations turned out to be stellar.
Ted Campbell is patient, a great listener, and the the ultimate provider of a great all around introduction to his beautiful piece of heaven on earth, Santa Barbara. We will be forever grateful.
My husband and I would be happy to talk to any prospective clients.

We did not intend to buy a house, merely to look at what was. Ted spent hours showing various properties, explaining how they fit the community of choices and let us decide where and how much we needed to achieve a living dream. Ted under promises and over-delivers.
p.s. We bought our future!
